Is your child ready to move beyond block-based coding? In MIX 311, children take their first steps into the world of text programming. Using Scoolcode Mix – Python, they’ll still rely on the familiar Blox environment—but now they can also see, edit, and understand the code behind their projects.

The shift from visual to written coding can feel challenging, but our adaptive tools and unique methodology ensure a smooth and personalized transition. Children learn to combine visual blocks with real text-based code, gradually mastering core programming concepts while having fun.
By the end of the module, they’ll have created programs that mix visual and written code, developed algorithmic and analytical thinking skills, and gained the problem-solving mindset of real developers. This course not only prepares them for professional programming languages in the future but also strengthens valuable life skills beyond coding.

Discover the do-while loop and compare it with the while loop

To join this course, children need to have completed Blox 211–212, 213, 221, 291 or MIX 301 or Game Design 291, or new students must successfully pass the Logiscool Entry Test.
